Thanks. I usually make my stuff up on the spot, modifying very little of the notes. However, when I get into intruments, effects, ad nauseum, that's when the song really takes shape.
As for this being RPG music, I definitely agree. In fact, one of my older pieces "Call to Arms" was used by someone in a programming project. They were making an RPG and they wanted to use the song. It made a good "evil battle song."
