More Italian Food!

This is a plate of Braciole Calabresi and Orechietti con Carciofi. Can you guess which is which? ;)

Braciole is stuffed pork bundles. It's pork loin with a cheesy spread on it then rolled up and cooked. I sliced it up and poured some freshly made tomato sauce over it. except my chef said next time to put the sauce under the dish.

Orechietti is the artichoke pasta. it ended up being a tad to salty but since i was eating with a glass of ice cold water it didn't effect me. however, for next time taste after each salt addition.
