This is a seafood salad with all these yummy sea dwellers with boiled potatoes. It was a yummy salad, but I'm not super keen on shrimp.

right umm:
625g of strong white flour
3 tablespoons of butter (extra for greasing tin)
2 teaspoons of sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons of salt
2 teaspoons of fast action dried yeast
400ml of warm water
basic bread making stuff:
mix the flour in with the butter with your hands.
the stur in the rest of the dry stuff
add water till your happy with the dough Constancy.
knead for 5 min
prove for 45min brush some oil on some clingfilm and cover loosley.
give it a good kneading.
put in the tin you want to use somthing that will take twice its size greased
recover with cling film let it prove till your happy with the rise.
remove cling film use a bread knife and score the top gently to get the groove pattern thing on the loaf (you can sprinkle flour on top if you want but my open does not burn it so its up to you)
cook for overal 55 min just before it reaches a perfect brown cover with foil to stop burning.

let it cool on a wire rack then done ^^
