The vanilla cupcakes got iced with a simple buttercream. A buttercream is basically; powdered sugar, butter, and flavor. The flavor we used was lemon. The buttercream was my favorite part about the cupcakes, however, the cupcake itself was very good; there was some crunch, but there was a nice soft texture after. There were so many different textures in my mouth. Supper duper yummy. I tried my best to pipe a nice swirl on them, the last row facing the ground is my row.
