I just heard the news from Nintendo Direct that Earthbound will be ported to the Wii U Virtual Console in Europe and the US by the end of this year! I don't have a Wii U myself (Not yet anyways, but this makes me want one now), but the fact of the matter is that this is the first time Earthbound will EVER have been (legally) seen in the UK.
