The Champion Level digivolution of Faciomon, Excavamon is simply more suited to the same tasks as its Rookie form. Seen here is the same male example as before, but Digivolved.
They are much stronger than Excavamon, known to singlehandedly hoist steel girders and I-beams into place without any additional equipment. Standing at about six and a half feet tall, with a wingspan of eighteen feet and a weight of around 600 pounds, these Flying Builder Digimon typically are found building the larger, more sxyscraperish structures found normally in the Digital World, or tunnels and roads, much like its Rookie siblings.
Similarly to Faciomon, as a whole, Excavamon are known to be disinterested in fighting and more interested in their construction or repair tasks. They are fiercely protective, however, of their construction and work sites, and are known to be quite adept at battle if provoked enough.
Their range of attacks includes the following:
Arcwelder: This attack involves a stream of white-hot flame fired from their mouth, again usually used for welding and metalcutting. As devastating as Faciomon's Blowtorch Burst, but with the added capability for a ranged attack. Absolutely devastating, though it requires a few seconds between each use to cool down.
Rock Drill Meteor: Excavamon divebombs his opponent from above with a punishing strike from his spinning drill, using his weight to cause a crater-forming impact that, if successful, can utterly trap his opponent in the compacted ground beneath him. If failed, though, it could leave Excavmon vulnerable with his drill firmly embedded in the ground.
Rock Drill Throw: A close-range uppercut in which Excavamon rams his drill through the ground and tears a spinning chunk of the ground up to impact his opponent, knocking them into the air.
Rivet Shot: A burst fire of four red-hot rivets are fired at the opponent from the rivet-gun on Excavamon's left arm. While doing decent damage and being fairly accurate at mid-range, they are difficult to aim, as the rivets were not intended to be a weapon.
Drill Swing: Exactly what the name implies: Excavamon swings its spinning drill for a punishing punch blow on his opponent. Fairly simple, but extremely effective given the drill auger and Excavamon's massive strength.
