Edit submission and reupload the image. Also, save the image as PNG so it doesn't have pixelated compression artifacts.

When the resolution is over 1280 pixels, it'll shrink it down and convert to a JPG. Did you resize the original image to 1280 pixels wide and tried editing the submission again?

Also, love this image.. your fursona is cute :)
