I designed this leather mask a number of months ago actually, but now that I have nicer leather I think it's time to make another one and make it good.

I'm showing this cut but not yet formed. I use a computer-controlled laser cutter to cut out the leather when it's flat. Next I'll dye it (I think black is what I'll go for this time), soak it in hot water, and form it to fit a face.
