It's mostly variations of variable oil pastel, some with captured dabs, but nothing too out of the ordinary. I usually use a set of textured papers, but I thiink in this particular piece the grain setting was mostly at 100 (which makes this type of brushes ignore papers), the noise is from a texture overlay at the end (a scanned black page from a book).
