(and I've pondered about ten minutes which word to use for that action.. "scritching" sounds weird but I see it getting used a lot among furries.. "petting" has a certain sexual connotation (but that might just my opinion as a German, where the same word is synonymous to foreplay).. I'm running out of vocabulary. Anyone got a hint how to best say "kraulen" in English? LEO only knows the swimming style of that name.. and although Amon has quite lush fur, it's not deep enough to "swim" in =^.^= )

Mir fällt 'ruffle' oder 'fondle' ein, davon abgesehen scheint es keine perfekte Übersetzung für 'kraulen' zu geben, die wirklich 'richtig' klingt, finde ich.

Mmm, agreed - very nice back. Backs are something you rarely see drawn, especially in any detail, so very nice to see a picture like this one. :)

Lean and yet well defined, very nice. Or, how they say in my language: 'Ein schöner Rücken kann auch entzücken', which means 'a nice back can also endear', only that there's no nice rhyme in English

You really have your own style in that I was able with just a glimpse of the icon from this picture in an entire pages of icons, that it was from you, even when drawn with his back turn toward us.

Standing on it's own, this is very nice and has a wonderful atmosphere. Brings back some personal memories of my own, standing on a beach right as dawn breaks, longing for freedom from my current life. That was years ago, but those days still haunt me, and give me great fondness for this particular painting.
