The Prologue of The Final Judgment's first story project, The Vex Tech Project.

Nine test subjects has escaped from the secret laboratory and has abilities not native to their own. To make matters worst, not only they have to struggle using their new abilities, but have deal with a mental problem that will make them a threat.

The URA sends the all star squads and agents to protect and eventually fight the escapees; while the Legion lay and wait to take the advantage.
