You're Supposed to be Spraying Off the Car, You Doofs!
TJ and Sam are busy washing the family car on a hot summer's day. They were doing a good job, until Sam accidentally sprayed TJ with the garden hose, then one thing led to another. Soon their parents had two young cubs with very soggy diapers and a only partially washed car in the driveway.
They'll probably have better supervision next time.

Yeah, well, if a cub is messing around washing a car, that's a good way to break a pair of glasses.
I really like Chris' take on TJ--the pointy snout suits him.
Sam's doing that giggle-squeal that kids do when they're having fun but doing something that's mildly unpleasant, like getting drenched in cold water, clipping clothes pins on their face, or playing with ice cubes. That sort of thing. He totally looks sassy. (And silly. )
