I was feeling adventurous so I decided to make barbeque pork buns and rice dumplings.

The dango was pretty good and the sauce was interesting, the sauce is traditionally a soy based sauce with sugar and potato starch

The Dumplings have oven roasted hoisin marinated pork.

The dough was a little undercooked since I had to improvise but otherwise was pretty good
