This is a spell Sparkle doesn't know the effects of. It's forbidden, so odds are, a lot of people are going to suffer if it's cast. Not to mention the considerable casting time, and the lack of records on it. It's strong stuff, and not something to be messed around with.
And so, Fate decided it was a good idea to put it into Sparkle's oh-so responsible paws. :P
