I finished putting spikes on this commissioned tail. Sadly, it's nasty outside, and I don't have a good way to take nice photos inside. So meanwhile, here's a photo with mediocre lighting on my futon!

Standard aluminum scales linked together with stainless steel rings. Has some mirror-finished nickel-plated spikes embedded into some of the scales down the spine. This tail is quite a bit shorter than most of my other tails, measuring in at 23 inches long.
