Bobby goes to bed with a lot on his mind, and talks to a squirrel in his dreams, in attempt to get some help sorting things out.

Guiding him, I’m always near
Understanding that I’m by his side
Although he will so rarely see
Ready to help him face his fear
Don’t be afraid; no need to hide
I will help him; believe in me
A family that he holds so dear
Now changing like the rolling tide
Strong is what he has to be

Note: Although this dream happens in the events before the original Porcupine Passions, Bobby doesn't realize the squirrel is actually his guardian here, which is why the news that the squirrel is his guardian in that story surprises him.
