these moth regularly freeze on my back sliding door flyscreen over night but usually there only like 2-3 cms long this one is pushing at 12cms he has a wing span as wide as a DVD case what a monster moth !! ^v^

I've seen some pretty big ones. lol They are monsters X.X though lately having a big snake problem over at my house. seen every type of snake pretty much lol we had 4 different poisonous ones. coral, rattle, copperhead, and black all over here. Already seen a few scorpions, and so on.

Holy flyswaters batman… the biggest moth I've seen in Idaho was the size of a fifty cent piece but damn that one is huge O.o … I'd hate to see a tarantula if that is the size of a moth…

i did as well I just didn't want to put it to words since I had seen it had been put to words already… the first thought that hit me was "oh dear lord it's Mothra!!!!!" and then some though about watching out for gatoroid and mega pythons…

That's a gorgeous moth! You're so lucky, I never find anything that large up north. Also, nice choice of DVD's.

It looks like the Black Witch moths I remember from Hawaii. Every large room had at least one attached to the ceiling.

Its an oddball i get the same type of moth every year but a lot smaller it s like a 1 in 10000 is huge like that !! ^v^ 😊
