Sweetheart is a blank flank ghost who currently resides at the Grand Hotel in AppleLoosa. She died about 120 years ago. She used to live in Manehatten, but she was teased by her classmates. Her parents figured she was making it up as they had her enrolled in a private school, as they figured the teasing was only in lower class schools. At 12, she ran away from Manehatten to try and get away from the teasing. She made some friends along the way, but the teasing continued. So she was forced to move on again, always searching for a place she would be accepted. Until she finally made her way to AppleLoosa.
As soon as she arrived, she became very sick and it slowly got worse. The pain of all the teasing she had gathered from her trek across Equestria had finally caught up with her. Then she just died. Poor girl died of a broken character, and a broken heart.

Until recently, she tried to gain a cutiemark for haunting the third floor room where she died. She was unable to do so, esspecially when a certain pony came to stay in the haunted room. But, that's another story.
