Annnnnd here's the finished product. It turned out pretty darn nice with big legs, feet, and thumpy tail. People immediately got the 'mobster/gangster' theme, but few figured out the pun. :)

I'll post another pic here in a sec.

Oh, an yes, I'm at FC now.

I have a question...

How do folks get these suits to these cons if you live too far to drive? They seem like they'd be too bulky to put in your luggage.

seriously some use ups insured to the max to ship in care of the hotel since many airlines limit carryons and checked lugage

I drive to the events. The roo suit is far too large to fly with. It has too many stuffed pieces. The hips and tail are separate large pads. None of it is heavy, but it is bulky.

UPS is a good option if you have stout shipping containers and insure it.

The pun? You mean the reference to "mobster" and that a group of kanagroos is called a mob? But, I only see one kangaroo in the pic! (And I'm also at FC right now in a room that looks remarkably like yours. Heh!)
