Sorry. It's from an old gag that was in the 1970s era movie comedy "Airplane!" There's a gag scene where a Stewardess plaing a guitar is trying to comfort a young heart transplant patient, and during her performance knocks the IV line from the patient's arm. Later on in the movie a Nun is seen singing "R E S P E C T" to another passenger who's suffering from an acute sickness brought on by the airline's food.
