Well it's called "Impasse" for obvious reasons, but specifically this is the rotting trestle over Whatcom Creek on the old Northern Pacific Railway line to Lake Whatcom (and beyond). The line is a hiking trail now, except for this bit, of course. There's probably some weird, ironic symbolism here, but that's up to the emos/beats/art critics out there to figure out!
