YAY finally I found a program that DIDN'T screw me over too badly. I've been switching between art apps on my tablet and most of them update themselves into disfunctionality by the time I can use them again. >.< so I guess since my Picsart now has a layer system I'm just going to have to use it for now.

Hope she likes the pic and how it was colored, I'm a bit afraid it doesn't look to well since I have limited brush types where in my other app I had more but it has gotten so bad that it freezes every 2 to 3 lines drawn so...yeah.
