This is Iron Tac. Originally I was basing him off of the Sailor Jerry tats but that color scheme was too boring for me. He's a tattoo artist in Manehattan, specializing in traditional and tribal tats for any pony. He even does henna tats for the little fillies and colts who get teased for being blank flanks.
