His goofy expression tells all, but he's trying hard, if that firm salute and correctly worn tie is anything to go by. Speaking of that, you could accentuate his probable ineptitude by making it untied or really uneven, although it's easy to see that he's a few sandwiches short of an annual constabulary picnic as it is. I like that the police-car siren background is having an effect on the lighting colours. That and the perspecive is quite dramatic. I've tried, a few times, to figure out your eye-catching painting style and replicate it for fun, but to no avail. :[ It's so unique.
