Haha the question does seem weird at first glance, but she's a spirit so it's possible she doesn't eat in the first place. I'm not actually sure if the people in Rise of the Guardians need food, or just can eat.

Ya, but North also didn't die like Jack did, and Amber died as well.

I'm not sure about the others, I heard Jack is the only one who actually dies and becomes a sort of spirit.
