This was a warm up for today to get my art muscles back in the swing! Sometimes I just want a normal furry character that isn't too bold or extravagant. I still love my blue and grey space-dog, but here's a normal furry version of myself. She's a white Doberman, nothing too special.


I'm off to my first ever live painting session. I was invited by a local artist to attend this meet-up where models come in and pose to be drawn. This will be a great way to warm up before tackling commissions again. My art muscles are so atrophied!

By the way my trip to Louisiana was pleasant despite the circumstances. My aunt had passed peacefully and was cutting up and making jokes until she died. She was a very fun lady and very involved in the community as a Justice. The church was packed full of people coming to pay their respects. I'd never seen a funeral so big before. I'm happy she was so loved and so many people came to say goodbye. She had a red convertible that she loved and it lead the way to the cemetery where she was buried, it was totally her to do that. I got to see my family again, my father's side has a LOT of people. It was nice to be around relatives for the first time in a long while. Thank you to everyone who helped me get to Louisiana. :)
