I'd say it is ultimately up to you for the art style.. But, then again, this is coming from someone who is fond (just in general) of more athletic builds.

Personally, I'd see how it works on a per-character basis.

It's really a by character basis if you ask me. A looks great on April but, it might not work for others. Seeing as how her preferred consumption method lends more junk to her trunk if you will.

Personally, I prefer B, but that's just because it looks more proportional.
