Personality: Excitable and naive. Often times bursts out into insane laughter or even fits of insanity. Due to living with Mister Freeze, he has also developed a calm and cold personality.

Powers: None.

Abilities: Extremely athletic, immune to Joker's laughing gas, immune to poisons, trained to withstand harsh cold.

Equipment: Suit made to reduce impact, carry equipment, and survive harsh weather. Clown face mask for protection, allows night vision, heat vision, and a special zoom feature as if they were binoculars. Carries a countless supply of freeze grenades, laughing gas, boxing glove guns, jack in the box bombs, and has freezer gauntlets on his arms allowing him to shoot beams of intense cold from his hands or wrists. Can encase his body in ice to use as a weapon. Cannot survive for more then 8 hours in such a state.

Weapons: Guns, gag weapons, freeze gauntlets.

History: Born to the Joker and Harley Quinn in Arkham Asylum's medical wing. He appeared to be stillborn and once Harley gave birth, he was thrown out to rot. Harley was devastated by this while the Joker simply considered him a "Dud".

In fact he simply had a late response to all actions at birth. Hence why he didn't cry or make any noises or even appear to be alive. Mister Freeze who had just broken out, spotted the child, and decided to take him with him to care for the defenseless child.

Over the years, Mister Freeze took care of the child and at times even treated him like his own flesh and blood, allowing the child to see his currently frozen wife, Nora.

Affectionately, the child referred to her as his mother, and Mister Freeze as his father. Once the child became 17, Mister Freeze began training him to assist him in all of his crimes and made him his own personal freeze suit and gauntlets.

2 weeks later they would go to rob a bank for it's diamonds. While escaping, they ran into the Joker and Harley Quinn. Harley immediately saw something in the young man, now named by his alias, Numb. She observed him before pronouncing that he was her child, trying to take him with her.

Numb, Freeze, and the Joker all rebuffed these claims and a fight ensued in which the Joker and Harley Quinn retreated once the police arrived. Mister Freeze was wounded in the fight and Numb was forced to leave him behind.

When he returned to their lair, Numb thought over what Harley Quinn had told him. He then began working on a special piece of equipment for himself, his new trademark clown face mask.

When the mask was finished, he freed Mister Freeze from prison and is now currently roaming Gotham with him, planning their next move. Currently he has never once encountered Batman, Robin, Nightwing, or even Batwoman.

Decided to make a legit character out of him, I love this character and I hope you all like his backstory.
