the were aquired through humane means. the little one on the right will be used for my lolita-racoon dog suit i designed and the other tail is soooooo long and full that it swishes back and fourth when i walk and wags on a whim :D

thanks :) i had to go through a bit to get my big black one. one merchant tried to rip me off (wouldn't tell me ANY of the details about the fox's upbringing etc, lied about wether or not the fur was dyed, and I realized later the fur on the tip of the tail is BLUE) so i had to argue with them until they took it back and had to find a better merchant
If I must go ranch raised foxes, I prefer US raised. I don't know the standards for the other places in the world, but I trust the standards for the farms here. Very high and I know the foxes were well cared for.
Looks like though you found a silver fox (left) and either a cinnamon or a burgundy fox (right) tail, both are all natural colors, no dye whatsoever to achieve those looks <3
