U uU OKIE DOKIE, I am back and I'm ready to mambo!
Immediately what I notice is how striking the forest is. You do lovely backgrounds in general but wow, the landscape here is just GORGEOUS. Were I to pull out my 25 cent words, 'ethereal' would describe it nicely. The whole picture is so glowy and peaceful and otherwordly, like the painting is so soft but you still managed to define the trees really well?? freakin' art sorcery, Wolfy, goddamn. The colors you chose for the forest also makes the poppies stand out even more, its lovely. ;u;
Speaking of the poppies, they are super duper cute and I LOVE the fact you gave Briar a giant one to sit on! I don't think I'd come up with an idea like that myself but POPPY THRONE, SO GOOD. I'll have to try drawing it myself, though damn as much as I like poppies I have a hell of a time drawing them. serious props for drawing that big one and getting it to come out right!
And of course, Briar is super cute and I love how they're just like, chilling on a giant flower like "Hey! I'm briar, king of the forest, sup". U uU You got their personality down great, and I love how she just seems so happy and relaxed in such a mysterious place.
