Rai, Tech's altered ego and "Dark side" also the Torment of Lightning but you should know that, out of all the Torments Rai is the tester, he's the type that checks on people's progress and punishes those that arn't where they need to be, though he does tend to go to far and those with a weak resolve will break and possibly die. He holds back less than Max for the simple fact Max can not kill anyone, but Rai is rather cold and hard, he doesn't want to harm people, but if they are weak he will beat them mentally and physically to an inch of their life. Granted he is connected to Tech so he isn't all bad and if someone gets close enough they can actually find he is quite childish and cute.
