Nothing much about this character. His name is Makaan Baldur and he's a count of Orinon from the Land of Lust. He's a pretty depressing guy. He's from a bloodline of ancient vampires, grotesque looking vampires that can still tap into their powers. The Baldur bloodline is what's left of the ancients. They're rare to come by and if someone does run into one they're usually killed off on the spot. They're feared for being powerful beings. The only two left on Daisha are Vitalia the vampire queen and her son Makaan, but if Makaan or any of the vampire queens children reproduce then they have a slight chance of having an ancient baby.
