You're very welcome! I'm still working on learning the whole blending thing, glowy-effects are probably still a-ways off.

What I ended up doing was simple~
A layer beneath the main colors, then I used the airbrush around where I wanted the glow and I reduced the opacity to around 75 percent.
Hope that helps a bit!
