actually these are characters from the free to play Multi-Online-Battle-Arena (or MOBA for short) game, League of Legends.
Both are from the species Yordle (which in the game-universe, amounts to: cute fuzzy creatures, as there are so many different characters considered a Yordle, even though they don't looke alike.).
Rumble is, one of, the mechanical geniuses (with his giant figthing suit, which I forgot how he names her) while
Kennen is a ninja (well there is more to that, but... yeah) with electrical powers...
I hope I cought your interest, even if not for the game itself, but atleast for the characters.
