Rynafia is the second largest city in SSR, surpassed only by Halmss. It is the capital of the Nafran part of the empire and can serve as a shadow capital of SSR, should ever Halmss fall. A significant part of the city is placed underwater, for Nafrans bear a large affinity to water. The large metropolis spreads over a shallow bay for many kilometers on the ground and underwater and it's building technologies and materials are on the peak of SSR, largely also due to the need to withstand aggressive seawater and water pressure for a long period of time.
