Oh, I know it is. And I just shake my head at those people, most of the time. Granted I realize in a few cases they literally can't view it otherwise cause their only means of internet viewing is like..a phone or something.. But otherwise I would gladly take that extra step every time if it meant having something like "Text formatting."
