hehe thanks! Yeah, with stuff like this, I don't even bother with a sketch--I slap down a bunch of shapes and flat colors, and then make a quick effort to kind of have them blend together in key areas. The process becomes a lot more sculptural and completely independent of line. It's not a process I'm 100% comfortable with though. I'm still more at home working with sketches and linework haha! * u*

Yeah, sketches and lineart definitely are my strong suit too (I can't paint worth a fig) but I find they also take less skill to do. To paint this well in such a short amount of time though, it's impressive! It's great that you use many different tones for the skin too (which is hard to do imo) makes it look much more realistic <3

hmm! I'd probably charge 90$ for something like this, but it probably would not come with a 300 dpi print sized file ; u;!!
I'd also probably ask if there's a real life person (or people) who share a likeness to your character, just so that it'd be easier to find reference material and to get the character's appearance more accurate to their intended look! :>
