Something I do every night before bed is stuff a little pillow under my shirt wrapped in a blanket to keep it round and firm and I try to pretend I’m pregnant. But it hardly helps at all.

I can honistly say that you should wait until you have the "environment" for a child but most importantly the person with whom you want a child with, Cus a lot of relations cannot Handel the strain of a child, sad but true, I just hope yours will and your child will be happy and healthy.
I have had a few trans friends and I feel bad for each one I wish i could truly understand your pain but know this, I may not know you but i care a lot and hope someday in your lifetime you can afford to get the surgery and that they manage to make you fertile and able to have your own children i hope so much for you to get happiness and to know motherhood i know that doesnt mean much from someone you dont know but i do mean it and i do hope the best for you :)
