Looks like toasty managed to get himself entered into a parade. They neglected to consider his love of growing, though, and NEVER should have left him nearby a tank of helium that big. Only thing wrong with this situation is the buildings making it harder to get bigger. XD

I'm pretty sure that tank is still mostly full, too. ;D
