Oh well a buy-out price is basically a price you see fit for your character you are auctioning. It's just a price that someone can just buy the character if they are willing to spend the price for whatever is being auctioned. And it can be either you go through the whole bidding thing or someone buys it out for the buy out price you placed for it.
