I'd maybe add some more orange to it.
It looks a little more blood-like than rust...

However, as texture work goes, beats the crap out of anyhting I'm capable of XD

i was thinking the same thing with the orangish color, it does look like blood ^_^;
would be a good texture for a game tho, it's also seamless.

It looks really nice, but it looks kinda odd, like the rust was 'painted' onto the paint, instead of the paint peeling/decaying into rust. But that's probably a total pain to do, so yeah :x

It looks very nice though as it is. :D

thanks. and your right is very difficult to get the rust looking just right. I think I will just take a few high quality photos of some of the rusting cars at my dad's shop.
