yep, that's a cool character, but way too customised and way too far from the official Mawile, that's why I don't like it so much.

oh, btw, your title and pic made me imagine a scene of him being in an important battle with some weakling (as he may think) and then he remembers some music he likes and starts doing that finger movement and the opponent goes "what?!"...hehehe, made my giggle ^_<
