It's an Uda mage of some kind from the world of "http://www.arkworldgalleon.com"
Galleon is the webcomic I make with my friends at "http://studioknockout.com" but it's also the world of a furry roleplaying game I want to publish. The Uda are basically the elves of the setting, being the longest lived, the tall skinny ones, and the most adept at magic. Here's one playing with his balls. Magic balls!

Yea, it really does look great. I take inspiration from games some times. I miss the traditional armor styles though. Dragons Dogma and Dark Souls / Demon Souls armor make me happy. It's good to see normal plausibly wieldable and wearable weapons and armor from time to time.
