Certainly not a bad first shot at the species! Fingers are very claw-like, which looks a bit odd at first, but overall suits the whole "it's a dragon!" better I'd say!

It looks good for your first shot. The wings could probably be a little bit bigger if you have her flying, but this is a good base to work off of for future dragon drawings.

actually no, dragons.. as ive learnt, dont really have a distinctive shape. it can be anything you want! so it wasn't all that difficult. thanks!

I agree with the above sentiments - very good for a first attempt. That said, she's obviously an anthro dragon, which makes a difference to a few of the above comments - there are several differences from 'normal' dragon physical attributes, and the above 'anthro dragon' as I see it. So bear this in mind people!!!!

as kriredor said the wings could be larger but other than that this is a very well drawn dragoness, i really like your choice to make her hands much more like claws than most draw dragons.

her expression is also very good, a very peaceful and friendly smile.
i actually keep coming back to look at it because this is an overall very well drawn picture.
