So here he is.
This is a custom Link sprite made by AbyssWolf on DeviantArt- he does fantastic pixelwork. I don't have a direct link to the sprite unfortunately.
Hell, where do I begin on this? The ironing on this thing was a bitch to do..I absolutely cannot stand ironing big sprites. He came together, but just barely. It wasn't a total loss, but I did a terrible job holding him together. The back of the sprite is all foam and masking tape to hold him together.
That being said..it was a fun sprite to do. These big projects are always so stressful, but they look great from a distance.
This is sorta one of those sprites that's a rite of passage for any decent bead spriter. It turned out..alright. I'm not pleased with how the sprite ironed, but I just need to work on my technique.
Anyway, yeah. Here he is. Hope ya like it!
8,094 beads, though a few dozen probably fell off.

that is fantastic man, is it a mix of both Hama and perler cause theres alot of colours going on there. i used to do alot of bead spriting back in the day on DA. http://tony-boi.deviantart.com/
Thank you kindly!
It wasn't really that bad. Probably 20-30 hours or work all together, from setting up the sprite to ironing it. The difficult part was matching the colors- the original sprite just didn't match bead palettes that well- I had to hand pick all the colors from a photograph I was using as reference.
