Kitties and a Kid!
One of the things I truly love about suiting is the interaction with kids. Whether it's taking pictures with them, or playing with them.
I love it when they smile and laugh. I love it when they see something and thier eyes get so huge and they get excited.
I remember feeling that way when I was a kid. It was one of the best feelings to have. And to be able to get a child to feel that way, fill them with happiness and sillyness? Is very much worth it to me ^_^

Awwwww. Look at how happy that kid is! She's unable to contain her excitement as she's photographed with two large costumed characters! :)
Kudos to you in brightening up this little girl's day! It's so much fun to suit in the presence of young children. In their eyes, the world of the costume characters are almost magical. They suspend their disbelief quite well and fully immerse themselves in our character worlds. While it's a lot of fun suiting for regular furry attendees, I always get an emotional high whenever I suit in front of families with young children. I'm so happy you enjoyed an awesome and worthwhile experience at FWA!

a few years ago, my bf 
jtigteclaw and I went to Fc, we didn't stay at the main hotel. It was night time, and after a Loooong day of suiting, i was ready to go back to my hotelroom and pass out! [after a long hot shower!]
Jt was walking with me, he wasn't in suit. I got stopped by this group of kids, and they started asking me a lot of questions about my costume, what kind of cat i was and so on. Jt hehe bless his heart...was trying to get a picture of "Teacher Kat" As I was explaining about how I'm a snow leopard, and snowleopards are the smallest of the large felines and so on.

And it has by far been one of my favorite experiences interacting with kids. ^__^
