I think in a world where intelligent, feral dragons live together with anthropomorphic creatures the dragons would eventually wear some sort of little clothing - not wanting to accidentally present themselves to everyone~
And yes.. it's drawn far too static and unrealistic in this image.. couldn't do better ><
