HISTORY:
Applestack is the cousin of Applejack, Applebloom and Big Macintosh. When she was young Applestack lived with The Apple Family in Ponyville. All was well until she was invited to the Grand Galloping Gala... where she got drunk.
When the cheerful and bright Applestack gets drunk and her sober meter reaches zero, she turns into the frigthening and dangerous Applegoth. Applegoth is the complete reverse of Applestack's personality. The entire Apple family knows about her 'drinking problem' but none would ever want to tell what caused it. "It's a family secret," they would say. Needless to say, she caused so much chaos and destruction that nopony except a few of her own family trusted her again. Ashamed and not wanting the rest of her family and kin to suffer because of her mistake, she packed up and left Equestria forever.
Empress Aurora, the ruler of a neighbouring kingdom of ponies, found Applestack lost in the Everfree Forest, wielding a pair of blood-stained axes. Apparently, some monsters living in the forest tried to attack Applestack, and she slew them with her axes. Empress Aurora believed that Applestack's skills can be helpful when used the right way, and invited the filly to come with her to Trotsdale, where she's been living eversince.

Applestack's alter ego, Applegoth, only takes control when Applestack is drunk. Applegoth's physical form is more anthropomorphic, and she is merciless and unstable.
