Doing a really thin layer of a lightish green blue over the picture itself so the character seems to be in the water works wonders. :D

Other than that, this is nice. I do love the light coming in from above the water.

I know of a decent tutorial for bubbles.. If I can ever find it. D:
I think Ulario made it so it would probably be on her DA unless she removed it.
I've used it a few times. It works and isn't over complicated.
