It's in reference to the sketch in the auction that was for this piece. It had great big floppy fennec-like ears, but the winner chose a ladybug so the ears weren't drawn in the final version.

As a fat girl, I personally have to say I love seeing plus-sized women represented in art! We're an under-represented group. Especially in beautiful art like this that shows how sexy a large lady can be. I myself am a fat girl with a fat character, and I LOVE to see her represented as true to size!

I don't think anyone will be insulted by showing varying body types! And if they're the type of people to be upset by seeing something that isn't their idea of pretty, they're probably the same type to say,"Oh this would be better as a male/female/fox/etc." So forget 'em! <3

Your an awesome artist, and showing more variety in your art in this way is wonderful! It really shows that you're capable of not only stepping out of your comfort zone, but stepping out of it and having a piece of work that turns out fantastically!
